Russian President, Vladimir Putin threatens to use Nukes on United States.

Russia threatens to reduce U.S. army, FBI CIA to radioactive ash.

The weakest President in U.S. history, Barack Obama predictably has no response to these threats because, he is very busy with legalisation of gay marriages and war with Christians inside his country.

Russian nuclear threat to the civilized world is more real than ever. The last European dictator, former KGB agent, Vladimir Putin threatens to annihilate U.S. and its citizens with nuclear strike. The world is moving at least to the new Cold War.

A senior government minister Dmity Rogozin officialy warned U.S. that Russia could retaliate with a nuclear strike even if consider that U.S. military strategy threatened its security. Rogozin’s comments came after the country’s foreign minister, Sergei Lavrov, was in Iran for a series of high-level meetings about ways in which the two nations can boost their ties. Rogozin in this context comes across not only as stepping up anti-Western rhetoric but as a warning about a strike against Iran, Russia’s ally. Russia has increasingly relied on nuclear weapons in its military doctrine in order to compensate for a post-Soviet decline in conventional forces. They have repeatedly threatened the use of nuclear weapons against the U.S. and NATO in the past years.

Vladimir Putin’s propaganda chief, Dmitry Kisilev, the new head of Russian government-run and financed media/propaganda arm RIA Novosti, stated that Russian Federation will turn the United States into “radioactive ash” if U.S. interfere in Crimea. A leading anchor on Russian state television on Sunday described Russia as the only country capable of turning the United States into "radioactive ash", in an incendiary comment at the height of tensions over the Crimea referendum. The channel's graphic showed the line of a Russian missile heading towards the Pacific coast and the United States. Dmitry Kiselyov officially threatened the United States with a nuclear strike if the conflict over annexation of Crimea deepens.

Kiselyov made the comment to support his argument that the United States citizens and the Black President Barack Obama were living in fear of Russia led by President Vladimir Putin amid the Ukraine crisis. "Americans themselves consider Putin to be a stronger leader than black president Obama," he added, pointing to opinion polls which then popped up on the screen. "Why is black Obama phoning Putin all the time and talking to him for hours on end?" he asked. He stood in his studio in front of a gigantic image of a mushroom cloud produced after a nuclear attack, with the words "into radioactive ash".

Dmitry Kisilev is hugely influential in Russian Federation with his weekly news show broadcast at Sunday evening prime time. Putin last year appointed Kiselyov head of the new Russia Today news agency that is to replace the soon to be liquidated RIA Novosti news agency with the aim of better promoting Russia's official position. Just to further clarify how important Kisilev is, here’s Leonid Ragozin, a former employee of both the BBC and the Russian-language version of Newsweek: “Kiselev is not your average moron. He is Russia’s most senior government media executive, essentially minister of propaganda”.

Now the U.S. ignore its liabilities on the Budapest memorandum, ignoring the fact that as a result of this treaty Ukraine gave up the world's third largest nuclear weapons. Once US ignore treaties and even guarantees for withdrawing nuclear weapons, how will others trust U.S. to honor signed agreements with them. This is exactly the problem. Ukraine had nuclear weapons and gave them up for signed assurances of security from the Big Powers - would Russia have dared take Crimea risking nuclear retaliation? Two weeks ago several media published a conversation of Polina Godorog, a Ukrainian resident of Strasburg with Roman Kokorev who everyone perceived as a Russian representative in the Council of Europe (other versions included Parliamentary Assembly of the council of Europe or even European Parliament). Based on the screenshots of the conversation Kokorev was predicting the return of all ex USSR territories to Russia including Finland, Poland and even Alaska. I ask, what other treaties should U.S. ignore SOUTH KOREA? JAPAN? CANADA? POLAND?

North Korea, India, Pakistan, Israel all developed bombs in defiance of the international community and no one has attacked them since. The lesson is clear - everyone needs nuclear bombs to prevent big power bullying. Very soon many countries start producing nuclear weapons and The possibility of terrorist organizations using nuclear weapons (especially very small ones, such as suitcase nukes) will be very real in the near future. Everyone knows that Vladimir Putin is supporting Iran and North Korea nuclear programs and their terrorist regimes.

Washington hasn’t done much to renew its nuclear arsenal since the Cold War ended a quarter-century ago.  Plans to build 132 stealthy B-2 bombers capable of chasing down Russian mobile launchers in a nuclear war were pared to a mere 20 planes when the Berlin Wall fell, the number of ballistic-missile submarines has been reduced, and so has the number of Minuteman III ballistic missiles sitting in silos across the upper Midwest.  The Obama Administration has not built a single new nuclear warhead since it entered office, and has retired more warheads than China has in its entire arsenal. If this situation continues very soon U.S. will have no real response to Russian nuclear threats.

Do not fool yourself thinking that Putin will be feared of a direct nuclear exchange and nuclear winter side effect. NO. In the situation, than every well-developed country, start producing their own nuclear weapons, Vladimir Putin or other Kremlin maniacs can use nuclear terrorists with a suitcase and blow up major American cities. Kremlin will frame in these terrorist actions some Islamic terrorists or other military group and their will be no nuclear exchange but U.S. will be gone.

So now, the U.S. and E.U. have only one possibility to stop the mass creation of nuclear weapons and nuclear terrorism: give economic help and hi-tech weapons to Ukraine and apply economic sanctions that could destroy Russian economy and its terrorist regime. This will show the World that U.S. and other Western powers honor its treaties and still maintain World Order. U.S., UK and E.U. have no other options or the World will go to hell.

There is one more thing that could really help U.S. in the new Cold War. Ukraine is the only source capable of producing advanced intercontinental range ballistic missiles for Russia nuclear arsenal. Additionally, in 2003 Ukraine's National Space Agency transferred approximately 30 non-deployed UR-100N (NATO: SS-19 “Stiletto”) to Russia, a move that helped modernize the Russian UR-100N force. Today, Ukraine's enterprises, under contract with the Russian Strategic Rocket Forces, continue to provide a wide range of services aimed at extending the service life of those missile complexes still in use. The contract to provide life extension services for Russia's R-36M [NATO designation SS-18 'Satan'] missiles systems was renewed in a Russo-Ukrainian treaty signed in January 2008.

Without Ukraine facilities Russia’s military won’t have new missiles for their nuclear weapons arsenal. The linchpin of Ukrainian industry is the former Yuzhnoye Scientific Production Association, arguably the preeminent intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) design and production facility in the former Soviet Union, whose capabilities are matched only by a handful of U.S. We need joint projects with Western countries using our facilities in order to save them from economic collapse. We need real contracts for our facilities with at least 1,5-2 billion US dollars in a year (U.S. defense budget exceeds 500 billion) and in this case we can stop building and restoring intercontinental missiles for Russia and their nuclear arsenal will collapse very soon. The former U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Carlos Pascual announced on 11 April 2002 that the United States and Ukraine may cooperate in the area of ballistic missile defense. Pascual told journalists that Ukraine had some of the world's best space launch technologies at its disposal, and that Ukraine understood that WMD technology proliferation to states of concern may have become the world’s greatest threat. Nevertheless, the generally supportive U.S. attitude must NOW to translate into actual inter- governmental contracts.
